擇滅無爲

Basic Meaning: unconditioned state of destruction of defilements through analytical meditation

Senses:

  • In Yogâcāra 唯識 theory, one of the six unconditioned factors 六無爲; one of the three unconditioned factors 三無爲 in Abhidharma 倶舍. 擇滅 refers to the proper analysis of all dharmas through untainted cognition.
