Basic Meaning: unmoving
Senses:

The unmoved, immobile, or motionless; also 無動, 不移動 (Skt. acala; niścala; dhruva). The term is used for the unvarying or unchanging, for the pole-star, for fearlessness, for indifference to affliction or temptation. 'morally neutral'
(avyākṛta) as the third of three qualities—good, bad and neutral (kuśala-akuśala-avyakṛta, 善不善不動), but is eventually replaced by 無記 in this context.
